Cupping notes: Elderflower cordial, lime zest, jasmine & black grape.
Sourced from the celebrated Gedeo zone—highly regarded for producing some of the most vibrant coffees in the world—this exceptional lot undergoes a meticulous natural processing method. The coffee cherries are slowly sun-dried on raised beds with their fruit intact, allowing the beans to absorb a breathtaking complexity and a refined, syrupy sweetness.
Far from your heavy, berry-bomb naturals, the Gotiti plays a much more sophisticated tune. The brew opens with the stunning, ethereal sweetness of elderflower cordial, seamlessly melting into a bright, sparkling pop of lime zest. As it cools, a gorgeous, aroma of jasmine lingers on the palate, leaving a clean, tea-like finish that will have you chasing the next sip.
It is light, expressive, and undeniably beautiful.
Grown at a breathtaking 2,200 metres in the high-altitude haven of Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, the indigenous heirloom varieties of Gotiti mature slowly, packing the beans with dense sugar and complex acidity. Hand-sorted for absolute perfection and sun-dried on raised beds for three weeks, this meticulous natural process preserves a sparkling, crystalline clarity.
It’s all the floral elegance of a washed Ethiopian coffee, blessed with the deep, syrupy sweetness of a world-class natural.
